Lovely Locals, Canary Wharf area, Join my yoga group in the Millwall park( close to CW) ALL LEVELS WELCOME 🤗 ! This is something you’ve never experienced before, even if you are a yoga practitioner. This is a special, multisensory YOGA EXPERIENCE, so get ready for unforgettable session. I will guide you through 5! different types of yoga, so you are going to have a tasters of the main types of yoga. We will start with 1. “PRANAYAMA “- breathing techniques which are the core of each yoga practice. The quickest tool to manage stress and anxiety. I’ll give you tips and secrets more effective than anti anxiety pills lol 😂 2. We will continue into the classical HATHA YOGA the “typical” Yoga, where are you simply breathing and holding the Asana (yoga positions) for a moment, (which sometimes feel like an hour 😉) 3. We will continue and start flowing in my personal favourite- VINYASA YOGA FLOW (looks like dancing), where you do not hold the positions for a long time, but you transfer from one to another, so it is a type of a fluid movement, more focused on the transition than the asana itself. This is the bit where I kick your asses a bit, but it’s NOT never ending, “this too shall pass” just like all the good and bad things in life 😉 4. After that, we’re going to slow down and take a little stretchy dessert 🍨 and move smoothly into YIN YOGA and RESTORATIVE YOGA mixture. Here we will get to lie in each pose for three or four minutes (which feel never-ending.) This is a mental challenge to quiet your busy minds and try to observe the mental chatter and accept it realising you’re so much more than your mind (or your physical body) 5. The last, but not least, - the true reward - YOGA NIDRA with the most important pose of the practice, which always is SAVASANA - we will swim with a peaceful mind and easy heart, allowing the body and mind to flow together creating a sense of peace and harmony tranquility and equanimity. 🌀🌀🌀 You willl love it. I promise. This is the most important part of every yoga session, because the meditation is the true goal of yoga and the purpose why we’re actually bending our bodies into weird shapes 🤸‍♀️ - to get the body prepared for the meditation. All levels are welcome, whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi. Donation based to support our community, and free to anyone struggling or hesitating to start yoga. After the session, we will chat, sip coffee and socialise in a cafe nearby to create connections and forming international community of conscious souls.
