Let’s build our dream lives ✨ Day to day life in London is filled with so much energy and hustle! It’s one of my favorite aspects of living in this amazing city 🏙 But, it’s so easy to get caught up in the hustle and bustle of the daily grind… sometimes we lose sight of our goals and dreams. Vision boarding is my favorite way to create a physical reminder of my hopes, goals, and dreams 💫 It can be as simple as making a Pinterest board or as complex as a massive poster board plastered with photos, quotes, drawings, anything really! For this experience we will meet up and drink some tea, eat some yummy snacks and introduce ourselves. After getting to know one another a bit more, I will lead us through a meditation that will spark our imaginations and help us envision was it would truly look and feel like to be living in alignment with our dream lives and highest selves ☁️ Afterwards we will take time for a journal exercise to get all our thoughts on paper 📓 Then comes the best part… vision boarding! We will cut anything that sparks inspiration from magazines and add it our vision boards ⚡️ Once we are finished we’ll share our boards and inspire one another 🌟 Looking forward to meeting you all!
