Just your stereotypical California girl from LA living in London 🌞 yoga teacher, reiki healer, crystal collector, astrology enthusiast, and avocado connoisseur 🥑 I’m a postgraduate student attaining my Education MA in hopes of fulfilling my dream of opening up my own Family Care & Wellness Collective. I’m passionate about transforming the way we approach early childhood education and social-emotional intelligence. I love teaching my little students about their emotions and introducing them to different self regulation skills like mindfulness, breathwork, and meditation ❤️ While I’m not studying or researching for my dissertation, I spend my time exploring all London has to offer and traveling whenever I get the opportunity 🇬🇧✈️🌎 I love anything girly, yoga, fitness, self improvement, or food related 💖 Like my California roots, I’m super easy going with a sunny disposition and am up for any adventure ✨ I’m looking forward to meeting all the other lovely Locals 🫶
