VIIBE - Cold Water Swim/Dip Challenge

What a way to start 2023 with a healthy shock to the body! I am doing a cold water swim/dip challenge for Optimum Nutrition’s campaign, There’s #MoreinUs and I want to use this as a chance to challenge and invite as many people to join me on this wild swim.
