I have been sober for over six years, experiencing immense benefits such as no longer losing days to hangovers. My journey began with Dry January, and I've consistently progressed since then without looking back. This group is dedicated to individuals striving to reduce their alcohol intake or achieve sobriety. We regularly will meet to engage in activities that support this journey, emphasizing a one-day-at-a-time approach. Our activities range from discussing books and visiting alcohol-free bars and parties also to practice breathwork, meditation, yoga, running, ice baths, martial arts, and more. We prioritize obtaining our dopamine boosts through natural means.
