I have been doing meditation for over 10 years and kundalini yoga for 5 years. In the past, I gave classes / workshops on meditation/kundalini yoga. I would like to build a small group of people who can start practicing regularly, and see the benefits of kundalini yoga and meditation in terms of healthy body and mind. Unlike other forms of yoga popular in Europe (Hatha, Asthanga, Vinyasa), kundalini yoga, in my experience, is way powerful if practiced properly. In the class, I will use prayanama, asana, dhyan, mudras, asana, kriya, and mantras to activate the 'sleeping' kundalini energy.
