Hey Locals! I’m Olga, a professional chef and pastry chef. One year passed since I moved from Barcelona to London and it’s time to treat my new friends here with Spanish influenced dishes! I’m planning to make a private picnic brunch in my beautiful shared garden, buffet style, on the grass with music and dancing (dancers are welcome 💃🏿🕺🏽) Let’s enjoy all together the most wonderful time of the year (summer) in London!😜 Summer delicious menu: ✔️For guys I’ll make a huge homemade guacamole bowl with my signature garlic croutons ✔️ For girls I’ll prepare Spanish style frittata with sweet potato, spinach and soft goat cheese. Add my favorite beetroot salmon gravlax for better effect👌🏻 ✔️ Lots of finger food from handmade chicken nuggets with hot Spanish smoked pepper, to amazing halloumi bites in filo pastry, with my beloved hot thyme honey. At least you’ll see 5 different flavors, it’s time to try them all! ✔️Fresh salad for any veggie option ✔️ Legendary Basque cheese with melted center and fresh berries will be a perfect finishing of our experience! Don’t forget about some sparkling surprise: 🍉Summer watermelon sangria with cava!🍾 Take your blankets and sunscreen for sunbathing, or I can provide it for you as well🩶 Your dogs and welcomed as well, just let me know and they will get some healthy cooling superfood treats from me🐶 Join me and let’s have fun!
