LETS CONNECT, GET FIT & CREATE POSITIVE RITUALS. *free experience, donation available Starting this Saturday we will be looking to create community, fitness and mindfulness as a part of our weekly life. We will be meeting at Pavilion Cafe on Saturday mornings to part take in 5k run, followed by a meditation and maybe even a coffee/pastry after. Come on down, meet new people and start a new positive ritual to aid your week as well as your physical & mental health.
