I would love to invite you guys to Amaravati Monastery for a meditation workshop any Saturday from 2-4pm, it’s beautiful and peaceful out there, and nature is amazing. The easiest way to get there is by train from Euston train station 🚉 to Hemel Hampstead or by car/zipcar.
