Come join us for a beautiful night of medicine! Cacao, 🍄, meditation, breathwork & sound. Following the cacao & 🍄, we will practice circular, connected breathwork. This form of breathwork creates shifts in consciousness that allow space for greater self awareness, creativity, emotional release and mental peace.
