About me

Nicole is a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, meditation guide and ceremonialist; her mission is to guide people on the journey back home to their hearts using the breath, movement, mindfulness. Nicole has worked with hundreds of people in both 1:1 and group settings facilitating transformational breathwork journeys and mindfulness workshops.
