Park run & Pilates stretch

Join me in the park run to start the new year on a strong positive note 💪 I suggest we start with a 10 min brisk walk to briefly get to know each other, followed by the 30 min run (at the pace that suits you) and finish off with the 20 min Pilates stretch. I’m a certified Pilates teacher and going to run the London Marathon in April 2023. I’m a beginner runner though so really welcome any advice you might have on injury prevention & training tips. I’m keen to listen to your running experience...
