Event details
Sir John Soane’s house is probably my favourite museum in London. It’s so small and cosy, yet every time I go I discover something new 🤩 A bit of background - this is an actual house of Sir John Soane, architect, who is famous for Bank of England, Dulwich Picture Gallery, Holy Trinity Church and many others. He was also collector of art, inventor and generally someone with a creative eye and wild imagination - which is clearly reflected in his house. Works by Turner, Canaletto, Hogarth are accompanied by antique sculptures, vases, Egyptian sarcophagus, all presented in colourful lightning of unusually designed interiors. Imagine seeing it all at night! 👻 🕯🌠 Candlelit parties were held there by Soane himself, so for one evening we would have unique opportunity to feel like his special guests at the time. Sessions: 6:00 pm - still on sale 7:30 pm - SOLD OUT😉 Tickets are 25£ per person. I will share the link to purchase them via museum’s website.
