Dear friends, I invite you to join us for our signature brunch with beloved East European breakfast - syrniki (cottage cheese pancakes). These time I’m preparing a special variation - savory Syrniki with home-salted salmon! But no worries- we will make and enjoy the traditional version for sure! We are going to meet up in our lovely home close to London Bridge, chat, cook together and eat. I will guide you through the process of making perfect syrniki (promise you will master it!) If cooking is not your cup of tea, but you like Syrniki and good company, no worries, you can brew coffee and relax ) ❣️As we all are very busy Londoners and always have hundreds of opportunities and events on weekends, l'd like to schedule this one for 2-2.5 hours P.S. this dish is not suitable for vegans and people with lactose intolerance, eggs allergy :(( The contribution covers all ingredients (including fish, berries, sauces, etc), variety of teas and coffee :)
