THURSDAY, 25TH JANUARY | OSCURO TASTING MENU | 7PM - 11PM | £250 PP Long revered in Celtic culture as storytellers, poets and composers, ‘bards’ are synonymous with some of the world’s greatest artists. In Scotland, few are as celebrated as ‘National Bard’, Robert Burns, in whose name we invite you to celebrate with us in Oscuro. Taste the spirit of Scotland through the flavours of eight single malt whiskies, featuring Talisker, Lagavulin and Mortlach, amongst others, served alongside a special eight course tasting menu prepared by The Brasserie’s Jean-Luc Mongodin and his team. Each of the three starters, three main courses, dessert and petit four will be masterfully paired with whisky. To add a touch of charm to the night, our very own Ian Sturrock will recite Robert Burns' timeless Address to a Haggis, and live Celtic folksongs will be provided by Ceilidh trio, who will serenade you under the stars as we raise a glass to the immortal words of Burns and the transcendence of poetry. Whether a whisky connoisseur or just starting on your single malt journey, this event promises to be an enriching experience for all. Tartans, kilts and formal dress encouraged!
