Hey Locals 💛 Have you always wanted to run for long distance but you don’t know where to start? Perfect! Come and join us every Sunday in Regents park to improve your running technique. I am preparing myself for the half marathon experience organized by @luisaugusto on 6th of March. This Sunday we are going to work on techniques and mindset to prepare yourself for a better running pace. Week 2 10am meeting at Regent’s park 10:15am - learn to listen to your running pace 10:30am - sprints for short distance 10:45am - running 5km 11:15am - end of experience This is a recurring experience every Sunday we will be increasing +5km the running distance. Requests with donations are going to be prioritized. No excuses! 3….2……………1 run!! 🏃♀️ 🏃
