For the last 4 years, after Covid restrictions lifted, I have been a member of a gym and made it a mission to get into a healthy shape. I have now heard of a crossfit competition called Hyrox that pushes your body to the limit. I have done several taster sessions, but I want to train for the real thing. If anyone else has heard of it and wants to join to share tips, workouts, and potentially meet up for a workout, then let's see what happens.
