We’re planning a morning of Pilates on a private rooftop in Astoria on September 14th! We’ll meet at 10 AM at 31-19 37th street (Astoria ny 11103) for a 50 minutes Pilates class. This intimate class is limited to 10-15 people, ensuring an intimate experience. Bring your own mat—we’ll provide @boxedwater , @nuunhydration electrolytes for everyone and custom GWM resistance bands for you to use during the workout take home with you. After the workout, meet other ladies from our community while enjoying stunning city views 🤗
