45 minutes of working out with me, followed by free flow smoothies & snacks to refuel whilst you mingle & shimmy those shoulders to feel-good disco beats (no dancing according to Boris but a shimmy should be just fine.) Expect 35 minutes of bodyweight resistance work straight into 25 minutes of deep stretching, designed to work with your inner yin & yang, achieving the perfect balance of fast and slow movement. The workout will follow with freshly made smoothies and snacks provided by Omnom cafe, so you can refuel the right way post-workout. Class will be led by myself, snacks provided by Omnom and good vibes created by you guys! See you on the dance floor… We start at 11:00 am on Saturday, July 10th! G x
