'Meroula Method' - a 60 min yoga sculpt inspired class including a 10 min meditation with ex-ballerina Meroula Hondrou at Xscape Studio. Set within the spectacular One Marylebone, the class is broken down into 3 sections - FLOW - a fiery flow to get the heart rate up and get the blood and energy flowing - involving 1.5kg hand weights (optional) SCULPT - a sculpting section that targets specific muscle groups and builds tone and definition in the body UNWIND - after we sweat and sculpt, we unwind and relax with a deep stretch and relaxation meditation THE METHOD - The ‘Meroula Method’ is a unique, high-energy, low impact and fun class that provides both a mental & physical release, leaving you re-energised and feeling radiant. If you love the all round release a yoga class gives you but you find yourself bored and distracted, look no further. I created this method after searching for the perfect balance between a workout and a mental & physical release. I found myself leaving yoga and Pilates classes wanting a deeper burn and leaving cardio classes feeling burnt out or exhausted for the rest of the day. This class is the perfect balance. Not only did this method completely transform my own body but it strengthened my mind. I became more confident and alive and I have watched my clients and students do the same. It is my true passion as an instructor to guide you closer to unlocking the most empowered, confident and radiant you.
