Hello beautiful local fam! Earth day is on Monday, April 21st. I thought it’ll be really sweet to gather, breath together, ground ourselves, connect with each other & Mother Earth 🌍 which is my main goal. This class will be a creative flow for everyone, so all levels. I’ll provide modifications for beginners as well as advanced practitioners. Grab a friend, family member or your lovely selves & we will move and breathe and have the best time!
