Hi Locals 馃挍 Body, Mind and Soul are 3 important components of a human being. Sometimes when they are not balanced to each other we might be vulnerable or feeling less motivated than usual. One of the best remedy it鈥檚 a nice workout outside in a park that can connect us with the nature, fresh air, sun and to ourselves. Join me in this experience supporting everyone who feel they need some activities to switch off the brain from any type of thoughts that might make us feeling worried and anxious nowadays. This is going to be a light workout, nothing hard, followed by mobility and flexibility exercises. At the end of the workout we will have a motivational chat and share some exercises that you can do everyday to boost your energy. This experience will follow a walk in Camden town where we can grab something to eat, sit down and appreciate what we have around us.
