Barefoot Hike: Grounding in Nature Join us on Sunday, 10 August from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm for a Hampstead Hikers Club barefoot walk through the beauty of Hampstead. We’ll meet at Hampstead Station at 10:00 am before setting off together. We will take the shoes off (optional) when we enter the Heath. You can also wear Vivobarefoot shoes if you have any.
