About me
I guide people on the nail boards, aka “bed of nails” or “sadhu boards” to transcend any tension/fears/stress/emotions into a blissful state through breath, acupressure and meditation. I’m nature’s child! I love hot springs, sauna, yoga, hikes, live acoustic music and deep house. Currently I’m learning to play flute and handpan, to knit chunky wool, and to cook. Dreaming of a garden some day soon! 🌱
