About club
We can start once there are at least 3 people into this seriously. This is not some service. This is completely free. We will do a whatsapgroup and meet Monday/Wednesday/Friday for an hour 6pm-7pm to do any of those activities together. Days and time will be slightly flexible to change once there are some serious people into this. (Any type of exercise, walk, read , take progress picture if you are into instagram stuff, etc.) We will be together in the first round for 75 days, and hopefully after we will be stronger in the habits, and we can do it alone. The 75 Hard Challenge is a 75-day program that requires participants to complete six daily tasks without modification: Exercise: Complete two 45-minute workouts per day, with at least one outside Diet: Follow a structured diet of your choice without cheat meals or alcohol Hydration: Drink a gallon of water per day Reading: Read 10 pages of a self-help or educational book per day Progress pictures: Take a daily progress picture Rules: The rules are intended to remain rigid and not be modified or altered in any way.
