5k Park Run and Sunset Swim at The Lido

Join me for a chilled 5k evening run, followed by refreshing-sunset swim in the crystal clear water. All of it in the fabulous surroundings of Hampstead Heath park. Running speed won’t be faster than 6min for 1km and the swim is suitable for all level swimmers as the pool has the shallow end. The event is free of charge and the only payment what’s required is £5 entrance fee at the Lido. Your generous donations will be well appreciated too.
