Having a community and some help along the way can only be beneficial WHAT? 💫 21 days of gratitude prompts to help you reflect on your day / life in general 💫 A positive community to cheer each other on 💫 “Gratitude Social” [optional] - get together at the end - tbc on weather (e.g., outdoor yoga & meditation, picnic, cafe meet up, etc)
