An afternoon of yoga, meditation, self inquiry & connection. An opportunity to relax, unwind and connect with like-minded people. This event provides a rare opportunity to slow down and let go of the stresses of everyday life. We will begin with a gentle yoga practice to awaken the body and calm the mind. Our experienced instructor and ex GB gymnast Lucy Sesto will guide you through each posture, encouraging you to explore your physical and mental boundaries with compassion and curiosity. Next, we will move into a guided meditation, allowing you to cultivate a sense of inner stillness and presence. This will be followed by a self-inquiry session, where you will have the opportunity to reflect on your experiences and deepen your understanding of yourself. Finally, we will come together as a community to connect and share our insights. You will have the opportunity to meet like-minded individuals and form new connections, expanding your support network and deepening your sense of belonging. This afternoon is a chance to relax and connect. Whether you are new to yoga and meditation or an experienced practitioner, this event is for you.
