Hi, I’m Stasy, and I teach Forrest Yoga with a focus on igniting inner fire, building resilience, and creating freedom in both body and mind. My own journey—ranging from the corporate world to creative industries, from being an expecting mother to recovering from health challenges—allows me to empathize with people from many walks of life. I specialize in working with: Pregnant Women & New Mothers: Supporting them through empowering breathwork and movement to feel strong, connected, and balanced during and after pregnancy. Athletes & Adventurers (Skiers, Sailors, and more): Helping those with sports-related injuries or physical demands recover, improve mobility, and prevent future injury through tailored yoga practices. Entrepreneurs, Coders, and Creatives: Offering classes that help them recharge, enhance focus, and reconnect with their subconscious for greater creativity, resilience, and productivity. Those in Recovery from Health Challenges or Injuries: Whether recovering from a stroke, physical trauma, or emotional stress, I help people reignite their inner fire, rebuild strength, and regain confidence through healing movement and breathwork. Local Communities & Nature Lovers: Creating group sessions in unique, beautiful locations, blending yoga with ice baths, nature, and community connection to bring people together and celebrate their shared growth. My classes combine powerful breathwork, healing movement, spiritual practices, and a funky music playlist to energize and uplift, helping people unlock their potential, heal from within, and reignite their inner fire.
