Join me for a relaxing and rejuvenating yoga session as we watch the sun set over the London skyline. We'll find a peaceful rooftop location where we can flow through a series of yoga poses, releasing tension and finding inner calm. All levels are welcome, from beginners to advanced practitioners. After the session, we'll enjoy a refreshing herbal tea and chat about our yoga journeys.
