With all the excitement of the holiday season, sometimes we need a few pockets of grounding, calmness, and connection. Join me for a “Holiday Wind Down” - a relaxing, nourishing yoga class involving asana, pranayama, and meditation, followed by a reflection circle and a chance to connect with likeminded individuals in the group. This is not just a regular “yoga class” - there will be guided reflection / journal prompts / group discussion, some light refreshments and a chance to connect following the yoga practice. Mats/equipment provided but feel free to bring your own. Pace will be slow, intuitive, and hopefully feel a little ‘luxurious’ 😊 Cost: £22 ~~~~~ About me: Yoga has been part of my life for 20+ years, and in 2016 is when it really made an impact, helping to balance my very intense consulting career in New York. Fast forward to today and I’ve been teaching yoga since 2020 and studying the roots of yogic philosophy. I would love to share a bit of that centeredness and the practices I’ve gained (and continue to cultivate) with you all 🤍.
