60min of Dynamic Flow with some relaxation massage at the end. I’ll guide all the way through, hand adjust and the idea is to sweat all the stress, improve mobility/flexibility and wind-down. Depending on the weather, we will be either in the sunny or shady part of my rooftop on 10th floor. Level will be adjusted depending on your level!
