We love Yoga, and find it the perfect way to unwind and focus on one’s self. We would love to practice it with like minded people on a Sunday Morning. We believe yoga is a connection of mind, body and soul . Please join for a Hatha Yoga practice followed by a Pranayama as well. See you guys on the Mat ❤️
