Hello everyone❤️ I’m a trained yoga teacher from India, and a student of the yoga. Yoga nidra is an area of interest of mine - it is a deep, restorative meditative technique that taps into your subconscious mind. With regular practice, you will reduce stress, improve sleep and tap into parts of your brain and mind that your conscious is unaware of. I would also love to conduct discussions about yogic philosophy, books about yoga, science and spirituality, and study ancient yogic texts! Looking forward to connecting with you all❤️
