Hi lovely people! Since the spring is finally in London it would be a shame not to use this opportunity to spend some time outdoors! How about we meet in Hyde Park and I’ll guide you through yoga and meditation practice and then we can have some chat under the sun or maybe even mindful picnic?☀️ We’ll go through a gentle but energising yoga practice that will help you to revive after the long and busy working week and we’ll finish it with a meditation to relax and ignite our awareness. I’m a certified yoga & meditation therapist, my sessions are accessible and usually quite gentle, so you don’t need to have any previous experience in yoga or meditation or to be flexible/strong/certain age etc Just bring a yoga mat or blanket and come with an open and curious mind✨ This class is donation-based, meaning there is no fixed cost but there will be an opportunity for you to express a gratitude and appreciation by giving whatever you can or want after the session. I also encourage you to donate to Beder to support mental health in communities🌿
