About event
Join me for a rejuvenating yoga session in the beautiful park near Poznan. We'll start the day with a peaceful meditation surrounded by nature, followed by a gentle flow of yoga poses to stretch and strengthen our bodies. Beginners are welcome, and we'll provide yoga mats for everyone. After the practice, we can have a chat over coffee and connect with like-minded individuals.
