Join me for a relaxing yoga session in the beautiful local park. We'll start with gentle stretching and breathing exercises, followed by guided yoga poses to help us connect with our bodies and find inner peace. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, this session is open to all. After the yoga session, we can enjoy some herbal tea and have a friendly chat to get to know each other better.
