This workshop will include: - an effective kundalini yoga practice to release stiffness and blocks in our bodies to allow a better flow of energy - a deep connection meditation to feel your true goals, intentions and dreams - accompanied with a journaling exercise to structure your steps towards your goals. We will provide yoga mats, blankets and everything for the journaling exercise. However, if you have your special journal you use or a fav yoga mat, feel free to bring it. After the workshop we organise a tea talk with delicious cookies to share feedbacks and insights you got. Feel free to stay or leave our little party.
