I have been teaching yoga on locals for a while now and recently saw a lot of you joining classes as beginner level, first time doing a yoga class. 🧘🏻‍♀️ With this event I want to offer an offer for locals to come for their first beginner yoga class and learn correct techniques of practicing yoga, breathing and meditation in a safe environment. We will go through correct alignments together and you will have space and time to ask questions 🤗
