This yoga flow will be focusing on mobility and flexibility as well. Good for gym lovers and if you’re feeling stiff and sore in your bones and muscles. Also, amazing way to reset before going out on Saturday evening 😁🪄 Please bring a mat or let me know if you need one. I’ll meet you at Sendero Coffee Shop in 28 Ponton Road 10min before we start. Class is amended to your level and I use hands one adjustments. Any questions, just ask 🩵
