Hello beautiful souls, I would love to welcome you to join me and Internal Beat for this wonderful 2 hour event on the 13th of November in the beautiful venue of Jacksons Lane, Highgate. 💛 Included: -Soundscape and healing, live music and sound throughout by Music therapist Nicola. -Open circle, breath work, mantra and intention setting. -Movement exploration using elements of yoga, dance, embodied free movement, restorative postures. -Guided meditation, oils and sacred songs. Cost: £40 Information on the day- Studio 1 where the event is taking place is located on the 1st floor with access via stairs or lift Parking - There is free parking available on Jacksons Lane 12pm all-day Saturday and Sunday. Alternatively, there is a pay and display parking at Highgate Station based on availability. Please bring your own mat, a blanket or warm jumper and any other props you have to support your practice. We will have some mats spare if you need.
