Come join me for a rejuvenating yoga session by the river. We'll find a peaceful spot with a view of the water and practice various yoga poses to restore our body and mind. The sound of flowing water and the gentle breeze will create a serene atmosphere as we stretch and breathe. Beginners are welcome, and it's a great opportunity to meet new people who share an interest in yoga and mindfulness.
