Yoga and Sound Bath

Let's begin the new beautiful weekend together with outdoor yoga in the park Prży Bażantarni. This yoga class will be accompanied by a Sound Bath session (delicate and peaceful sounds of singing bowls, ocean drum and other instruments) for promote relaxation and help reduce stress. The event is free of charge. Only a yoga mat is needed.
