So it is time for the thematic cooking workshop!🎄 This Friday (Dec 16th) I invite you to join my Xmas dinner masterclass where we’ll cook finger food devoted to the happiest holiday in the year! Menu of the evening: ✔️Herring, beetroot and potato roll ✔️Spinach savory sponge cakes with cream cheese and salmon gravlax ✔️ Roastbeef with baby potatoes, honey mustard sauce and pickled onions ✔️ Big goat cheese ball in pistachio and cranberry crust. Hot spiced honey with thyme ✔️ Quick salty caramel cake with vanilla and fresh berries We cook, we eat and take our delicious food home! With all these recipes you can easily make your own wonderful Christmas and New Year dinner!
