Hello locals I am excited to start this weekly mindfulness meditation session, where we continue cleanse & recharge in an astonishing, breath taking sweet spot outdoor space at Hampstead Heath Park. The exact location will be shared after booking confirmed. The session will be mix of body movements, breath workout, guided meditation and Reiki at the end with sound healing.
