I wanted to invite you to a Woman's day event me and my friends are organising on Sunday the 23rd of June at 12 p.m. It's gonna be at the Shaw Theatre & the nearest tube is King's Cross and loads of buses go there too. It's basically a day to lift up, celebrate, encourage and let women feel like the shining star of the day as we are often busy serving others as sisters, daughters, mothers, wives and self care is another item on the to do list …not being done. A couple of my friends are going to be sharing their experiences of how they've been set free from many different issues that us ladies can often experience in life like: food disorders,addiction to prescription drugs, p*** addiction, anxiety, domestic abuse, sexual abuse, mental health challenges, lack of confidence, craving attention, Daddy issues, Financial stress, questioning whether you're a great wife, mother, girlfriend, body shaming, trying to live up to society rules and so much more. They are going to get gut level open about their experience and of how they've been set free from the chains of all of these different things that I've just mentioned. It's going to be a great day if you can relate to any of the issues I have mentioned and want to be set free. Please come down and listen to them speak I promise you it will be life changing. There's also we're going to be treats like a performance choreographed by a dancer of the Royal Ballet Company , Somatic relaxation therapy, singing, performances and some amazing gift prizes just to let you feel refreshed, cherished and nourished like the woman that you deserve to be. I'm definitely going to be there. I've got my ticket ready. It's just a £20 investment for a day that you do not want to miss. Please invite your friends, family cousins, neighbours, gym buddies everybody can think of who really needs to be set free from these things I shared. I'll see you there on the day.
