Hello beauties! It’s an honor to invite you to a gathering with your sisters, to connect with our divine feminine, and to hold deep meaningful conversations on our beautiful, healing beach 💫 The intention of this gathering is to allow space to explore your voice and chat freely about a certain topic. For example, I’d love suggest a topic ahead of time to guide us, such as Loss, and what that means for us, what we’ve learned, wisdom we can share with the group, etc. Any free form of conversation that may stem from this is always welcome too 🩵 I will open the circle by leading us through light movement to shake off the stresses of the day, followed by a short breathwork session to realign with our body and heart. We’ll then gather around and open the circle for discussion on the week’s topic of choice and hold space for one another as we listen and share our stories. We’ll close the sacred circle with positive intentions for the week and a short meditation.
