Women’s Body Confidence Coaching

I am a certified body confidence coach, personal trainer, and life coach. I teach women how to combat the “appearance ideal” and finally become confident in themselves and their appearance. We meet in a group where we build trust, open up, and lean on each other. I guide you to think about your body in a way you’ve never thought about before.
