FEMININE SPRING RESET 8-9 April 2023 (Two day women's retreat) Dear sisters, we invite you to a special retreat, to luxurious, comfortable accommodation in a country house, surrounded by Mother Nature, where you can recharge your batteries, relax, activate your feminine energy, and feel the deep closeness with yourself. This retreat will help you fall in love again with every cell of your body, connect with your soul, awaken dormant power within you and activate inner sensitivities. RETREAT PROGRAM: DAY 1: 10.30am - 11.00am Arrival. 11.00am - 12.30pm Group acquaintance, women's circle opening, grounding exercise, creating a space of trust and intimacy. Cacao ceremony. 12.30pm - 2.00pm Breathing and active meditations, pair exercise for closeness and opening the heart. Sound Healing. 2.00pm - 3.00pm Healthy lunch. 3.00pm - 4.00pm Straighten your body with Pilates exercise. 4.00pm - 4.30pm Break. 4.30pm - 6.30pm Mandala Dance + Shamanic drum journey. 6.30pm - 7.00pm Sharing, women’s circle. 7.00pm - 9.00pm Free time, chat, healthy dinner, relax and enjoying time, departure for 1-day attendees. 9.00pm Micro - experience of Magic Cacao for deeper inner work. DAY 2: 8.30am - 9.30am Forest meditation walk. 9.30am - 10.30am Breakfast. 10.30am - 1.00pm Sacred geometry drawing. 1.00pm - 2.00pm Circle closing, sharing. 2.00pm - 3.00pm Departure.
