Take a look here: https://www.instagram.com/thewholesumclub?igsh=MW1wbnBlMnVtbDdxNA== ‘WholeSum’ ➕️ is a modern members club promoting wellness through wellbeing activities to foster authentic connections between our members ✨ The intention is to bring wholesome activities over the week to promote slow-living to switch off from the busy city environment 🌇🍃 Some ideas which I’d like to promote with this group include: 👩🏽‍🌾 Exploring local farmers markets and fresh healthy food 🎯 Meeting over a cup of coffee to work on our personal goals together 🖥️👩🏽‍❤️‍👩🏼 Working locally (for those of us who like to break from WFH/WFO pattern) 🤳🏽 Zoom sessions to journal, meditate or just chat about our day 🏋🏾‍♀️ Finding local fitness buddies to keep ourselves healthy (either by attending a local gym or practicing home workouts) 🧘🏽‍♀️ Planning and attending wellness retreats together (in the UK or elsewhere!) 🧭 ❤️ Building a safe space where our community can help each other grow & navigate life Suggestions are welcome!
